Anyone know anything about dreams?

  • They are simply made up by things you have seen and done. The whole thing gets mixed and mashed up in our brains. Then images and sounds the next day will remind you of the past dreams.


  • Its your subconcious mind on auto-pilot :)


  • its your interpretation of the day and what you feel might happen in the days ahead



  • We have dreams because it is our subconscious/ soul/ spirit/ inner-self communicating with us through situations, symbols or people.

    It is our minds way of communicating to us things we need to know, or things that have been bothering us.

    Let me give you some examples:

    One example is, say, you have a dream that you are falling. Falling is a symbol. You need to find out the meaning of falling in a dream. Now, think of the feelings you feel when you are falling....

    Loss of control
    Scared/ fear

    Now, that is what is happening in your life right now that your mind is trying to communicate with you. It is basically saying, there is a situation that you are feeling out of control with in your life. Address this.

    Another example is, you dream of an ex that you are both together again. This is a dream about a situation.

    There are many reasons for this dream, it could just mean that you have unresolved feelings about your ex or you wish you were back together, or he was someone you felt comfort with.
