How to take a photo like this...

    Is it taken by some old camera? Or is it just photoshoped? Please give me some tips. I like those little spots, dirtyness and contrast...

  • Just find a "grungy" texture, place it as the top layer and set it to Overlay.


  • I don't care about the logo... I just want to now how to take/make that kind of photos. If anybody knows some plug-in or something to photoshop tell me too.

    I was just making a point. I know you don't want the logo.

    Its not what I would call a "quality" pic under any circumstance.


  • definitely photoshop. He put the capricorns thing in with photoshop...so it probably wasn't too hard to use some sort of plugin or something to make the picture look crappy.

  • most old cameras take by far better images.

    this looks like a print, put on a very dirty scanner with lots of dust, mud and sand on it.

    or someone played with photoshop.


  • Maybe try adding some noise and messing with the contrast and colors a bit in photoshop?


  • looks like a texture overlay. a bunch of folks sell dvds of textures...jesh derox, nichole van, etc.
