  • could i still mock god, because i think it's a big part of my personality.

  • Yes just like most other christians except it will come naturally as a part of your serious commitment to christianity. Non christians may be the only ones that find it funny though

  • If you truly accept Christ as your personal Savior and Lord then your heart will pull at you to not mock Him.

    1 Peter 3:13-17:

Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousnessâ ™ sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame. For it is better to suffer for doing good, if that should be Godâ ™s will, than for doing evil.

I hope this helps... God bless...

  • Becoming an xtian IS to mock god!

  • Yeah.
I mean youstill praise him and all so there's nothign wrong with him. as long as youu ahve teh same beliefs.

  • i guess...but then would you really be a christian?

  • You could not be a Christian if you mock God.

  • If you became a Christian you wouldn't want to mock God. Perhaps you should seek professional help if a big part of your personality is to mock anyone.

  • no.

  • If you mock god you mock yourself

  • uhh yeah, but that doesnt mean its ok, it would be like mocking your best friend or something and denying you care or love them, how would you feel if someone you really loved and cared for made fun of you and denied you behind your back?

  • If thats a big part of your personality, you must be quite a boring person.

    Stop selling yourself short.

  • Don't worry, if you become a Christian; you'll NEVER run out of things to mock!!

  • Think about it if you became a Christian you would see how much God loves you and you wouldnt mock Him

  • It's not up to you, it's up to God, so I would say that at this point your becoming a Christian is most unlikely if not impossible. Sorry (that means you can continue to be stupid).

  • You can question God, you can argue with God - but mocking is not an option.

  • people change religion like pants this days wtf im serious pick one and stay with it or don't believe in anything

  • Maybe you should stay what you are, and don't call any attention to yourself, cause if God notices you're mocking him you'll be in big trouble -- eternal trouble.

  • No that would blasphemy that is against the christian religion and the ONLY unforgivable sin.

  • Of course.
But, if you became a Christian and you did that, he could send you to hell. Be careful. I'd stay atheist, mocking God is a hobby of mine

  • That is an Oxy-moron

  • If you truly became a Christian you wouldn't want to

  • think about it. Would you want to use the same tongue to praise God and to mock him? And other people who know you as christian what will they think when they see you mocking the same god that you worship? And I like what â  Gabrielâ   said about if you died suddenly and you were standing before God what would he think of your little attempts at humor?

  • Your personality would change you so that you love God; so while although possible, you would rather stitch your mouth shut than do so.

  • Be what you want to be as long as you learn something in your life.

  • You may be able to mock the misconception of God you currently hold. It may be a great part of your testimony.

You would not want to mock the True God as he reveals himself.

  • Do not be deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.

  • christians only believe in one (or is it three) god(s)... you'd be free to mock all the thousands of others

  • Ask yourself that question when you die suddenly and find yourself standing before Him. Think He'll laugh at your sad attempts at humor?

  • isn't becoming Christian making sacrifices, so if you are not ready to make the sacrifices, i don't think you should become christian.......just saying

  • Religion is such a contradiction,

    stay god free.

  • you wouldn't want to.
