  • I'm just wondering if the following set up will run Counter Strike:Source without and skipping? I tried to run it on my IBM ThinkPad R60e, but I got 10 FPS (Frames Per Second) lol. I am thinking of buying a desktop for my gaming and using my laptop for my programming and school work. Also, I see that there are now USB video cards. Could I use one of those to run CS:S on my laptop instead of buying a whole desktop setup?

    So, just to recap lol:
    1. Will the Dell below run Counter Strike: Source in a playable manner? (I apologize if it isn't enough specs. It's from a craigslist ad so I am going to assume it has stock soundcard/video card)

    2. Is there a USB video card I can get to run CS:S on my IBM Lenovo ThinkPad R60e?

  • how old is that desktop i didn't know that they still made computers with 8 gig hard drives
    and you would need at least a Pentium 4 with a good GPU
